Dr. Sheila Tann, ND, APRN, CPNP, PMHS
Pediatrician
My passion in caring for kids is derived from those children who see the world differently than their peers do, who learn uniquely, who develop according to their own pace, who experience their emotions at a deeper level. I want to partner with families to help these uniquely wonderful children harness their potential and achieve the goals and successes they set for themselves.
I've worked as an advanced practice nurse for over 20 years and have focused my practice in pediatrics for the last 15. My clinical interestes include caring for children with ADHD, Depression and Anxiety and other Neurodevelopmental disorders such as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, developmental delay and cognitive disabilities.
I'm a firm believer that health care should be convenient and accessible. The advent of telehealth and virtual visits has bridged the gap and has now provided an avenue for more patient-centered care delivery.
“I couldn't be happier with Dr Tann! She went above and beyond to hear our concerns and to find solutions. I've never had a doctor spend so much time with their patient. She is wonderful!”
Dr. Judith Lau is thrilled to be the newest member of the Sierra Pacific Pediatrics Family. She is currently taking new patients at both our Fontana and Eastvale locations. She subsequently found her way back to winter seasons and more than 100 inches of snow per year when she studied at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Lau completed her pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit from 2016 to 2019. In addition, she served a one year term as Chief Resident of her training program before joining Sierra Pacific Pediatrics in July of 2020. She strives to be thorough and understanding to the needs of each child that comes through our doors. For annual physicals, Dr. Lau has a habit of asking her school-aged patients: “what do you want to be when you grow up?”. Whether it be an astronaut, ballerina, police officer, or an inventor of gadgets, etc. she’s always delighted to hear about each dream and aspiration. To Dr. Lau being a pediatrician means ensuring that each child is well-equipped to grow and thrive in life and that, to her, is the best job in the world!
