“Unfortunately, I have been a patient of Dr. Wengers’ for about 10 years now… too long and too much time spent with him for someone my age (52) in my opinion! But of course this is not Dr. Wenger‘s fault. It’s just the reason I see him. He is the latest (and greatest) in a line of orthopedists I’ve seen since turning 30. Dr. Wenger is one of the most compassionate and dedicated medical doctors I know. He enjoys his work very much. In fact he lives it as an athlete himself. In general he has a lust for life that permeates his day… and that includes work. Dr. Wenger is a non-surgical orthopedist so no need to fear the knife when you see him… although he can tap into an excellent network of surgeons if/as needed. At least this has been my experience to date. One of Dr. Wengers’ strongest suits is his diagnostic acumen. As a practicing Prosthodontist I know that arriving at an appropriate diagnosis, while at times challenging, is vital and helps direct the most appropriate treatment suggestions. This skill is complemented by his through examination and his encyclopedic knowledge of anatomy and the biomechanics of the human body. In any case, at the very least, having Dr. Wenger weigh in with an opinion can only be a good thing… and may be a great thing for you. Leia Rispoli, MD, is an experienced interventional pain medicine physician who offers exceptional pain management and physiatry services to patients in and around Marina Del Rey and Newport Beach, California.
Double board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management, Dr. Rispoli has a profound empathy for patients suffering severe or prolonged pain. She uses innovative, non-surgical interventions alongside evidence-based treatments to restore function and reduce or eliminate her patients’ pain. Her typical patient population includes patients with chronic or acute pain of the low back, neck, peripheral joints, pelvic region, and patients with headaches, but she is highly capable of treating pain of any sort.
Dr. Rispoli studied for her undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She was co-captain for the Division-1 women’s soccer team and, for four consecutive years, was a National Athletic Honor Society member. Dr. Rispoli earned her medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey, and completed her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital’s Columbia University and Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Rispoli’s interest in the treatment of pain led her to complete an interventional pain medicine fellowship under the Weill Cornell Tri-Institute Pain Fellowship program in New York City, doing rotations at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Rispoli specializes in advanced neuromodulation (spinal cord stimulation) techniques, pelvic pain (both male and female), ultrasound-guided interventional procedures, and regenerative medicine techniques such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or stem cell therapy.

Olga Colac, FNP-C, is a warm and caring board-certified nurse practitioner, welcoming patients in Duluth, Georgia, at North of Atlanta Pain Clinic for treatment for a wide range of pain conditions. Ms. Colac believes in providing excellent patient care and strives towards quickly bringing patients back to their daily routines. She understands the needs of her patients and treats every person with the compassion, respect, and attention they deserve.
Ms. Colac graduated from Georgia State University in Atlanta, where she completed a bachelor's degree in nursing. Afterward, she furthered her training by earning a master's degree in nursing at Emory University in Atlanta. She constantly keeps herself up-to-date on the most progressive techniques available in order to help her patients achieve the best health outcomes possible.
Ms. Colac has worked for Scottish Rite Hospital, Northside Hospital, and Piedmont Healthcare throughout her career. In her free time, she likes to read, watch movies, and travel.
